How to access MSAccess Linked table using C#?.

Is there any way to access Microsoft Access linked table?.
I can access Microsoft access table using C#?.
I don't know How to access linked table?.
Even If I try to access the linked table, It is giving the error is,

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '\\Webserver2\Webdata\sl_new.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

If any one know the solution, pls help me out!

Can I use the path originally it is coming from?..
If I use the original path also, If someone accessing the database then I will get the same error.

If anyone know the solution, please let me know.

Is there any other easy tutorial available for .NET.
I am struggling with doing all the C# code. I am new in this
environment. Please give me good resource on this.
