How to access Merlin VM from outside

New to this Merlin VM. Was able to successfully create mailboxes but would like to be able to check voice mail from outside the office. Any tips or suggestions?

Are you using an Auto Attendant? Do you have DID numbers? Do you have any LS/GS trunks that can be made to ring in as a "backdoor" number?

Any of these can be used to direct calls to the Automated Attendant; Voice Mail users would dial *7 to log into voice mail.

Otherwise, callers need to be manually transferred to the VM calling group (typically 770)
