How to Access fields on one form from anopther one?

Hi,

I would appreciate the help, if someone can tell me how to access fields on one from from another one or from a module. i.e. I am lost here forms!MyForm. ...??? That is when to use ! and when to use . and on what objects. I am search VB help/Access with no avail.

I have a form that has a control tab and this tab have four tabs/pages. So, Forms!MyForm.TabControl.Page.Field does not work!!

The form with focus can be addressed as me.variablename1 for each of the variables. The other needs a more formal method that is forms![Formname]![variablename2]. Both forms can be addressed with the more formal name - the latter.
