My Windows 2003 Standard Server is crashed, it could not boot to desktop, even by "Safe Mode", I can just only use the "Recovery Console" to login it. There are few files those encrypted by EFS, before I re-install the Windows system I would like to decrypt these files so they could be accessed in the new system. So would you please tell me how to remove the EFS status of those files with the RecoveryConsole or by other tools? Thanks very much!
