How to Access AS/400 Data using DECS

I want to access our As/400 data with the help of DECS.
I have created connection document in notes clients location ,and also confirmed the AS/400's local database entry,But when i want to create DECS connection to our AS/400 database,an error prompted and told me that"unable to browse DB2,An Error occured while attemping to load connectivity to DB2.please verify that the necessary vendor libraries have been installed."
I was pulzzed by this error for long time,Could you give me some advices?

Please forgive me for my poor english.Thanks a lot!
