How to Access a One-x IM Archive from Outside Database

Hi Guys, I do not know if someone already needed it, but for work reasons, I need to access a history of messages made by ONEX PORTAL of 2 Extensions.

One-x Portal Version: 10.1.0.2.0 build 6

The Question: Is it possible to access Onex's DATABASE externally?

Because the IM Archive is not returning any Chat history on the dates I selected.

And i know the history is there.

I can access every time from the same day, but when past it wont show.
