How to access a dll using t-sql query

Hi,

I am having a dll called encrypt-Dcrypt i want access it in t-sql.I mean i want use this dll in my query analyser to encrypt or decrypt the data.
I am using sql server 2000.

you could also use extended stored procedures for this...
