How tho remove Domain Controler from the list of DC's?

I have discconected from the network pc that was DC,but i didn't demote it.Now the other DC is searching for it and says that it cannot replicate the AD and this cause same problems when i try to reinstall Exchange server.

if the computer is staying off the network for awhile delete the comptuer object out of AD, and delete its host and SRV record out of DNS

theres probabaly some other stuff but cant remember at this second
