how tdo I point IE5.5 to different drive? 1

I have some computers in a school situation where we lock down the C drive so the kids can't save files there. How can I set IE5.5 to keep it's favorites and history on another drive so they will be available?

Under Tools - Option on the General tab click the Settings for the Temporary Internet Files then click Move Folder in the Settings box, this will let you specify where you want the folder.
Try using Tweak UI as a mthod for moving the History folder.
