How Stop Found New Hardware wizard 1

I have several HDs. I use one for each purpose, simply exchanging the drawers. Not all hardwares on the system are needed to be installed on all HDs. Could anyone please help me to stop xp reminding me after every start that it has found new hardware. Thanks
