how shut off the 2nd attendant?

in our office the Attendant phone rings 2 times then it rings on another phone two times and then the automated attendant picks up. if the call pilot gets powered down it sill rings 2 times at the attendant phone and then transfers it to the other phone to ring 2 times then back to the attendant phone thus telling me this programming is done in the ICS and not in the call pilot. the attendant phone is a NT8B40AE-93.

Sorry the question is now to shut this feature off. it was used so if the main attendant was away from her desk the other desk could answer the call.

Main attendant phone is programmed either to call forward no answer to your 2nd phone or it is being done by hunt group. Either way you need to log into the system admin to check the programming.
