How setup inside NRS sip public lines from telecom provider

We want setting up in our NRS sip public trunks from our telecom provider. The question is how do you do it? I am interesting in NRS setting up, in fact the sip trunks and routes was done in CS1000 and we have DCHI established but I don´t know how add this kind of resources in NRS. Is like and Endpoint or is just like a user SIP?

SIP trunking to the carrier should be via a seprate Sig Server than your site to site network traffic. Are you runnign them on the same node?
