how secure is this???

Hi,
I have a w2k domain with 20 users. Samba is run on a solaris box using domain authentication.

I'd like to create a directory (but not a unix acct) for every w2k user so each user can map their own directory. How secure is this? Would it be possible for one w2k user to see another's?
