Hello all;
I want to print my report a certain way every time, for ex. in Landscape mode, with the left and right margins set to only .25 inches.
Any ideas on what code I could use to guarantee that it would print correctly each time?
I saved the report in design veiw with the proper settings, but it's not sticking. Sometimes when it's opened later, (after the user closed out Access, and restarted), it loses the settings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Steve

The best way to learn about those kinds of settings and properties is to go through the steps manually with the macro recorder on. It will teach you what object settings you need to manipulate in VBA. Good luck!

I didn't know there is a Macro recorder in Access. I thought it's only in Excel. Can you tell me where to find it?

Thanks.
Steve

Sorry, missed the parenthetical reference to Access in your post, so I assumed you were using Excel or Word. Glad you got help from another source :)
