How release lock on the project

Hi

I have CVS running on the windows NT server. We access this through JBuilder ( Java developing Tool ).

I was setted it up cvs on JBuilder. I release that on my PC, I have add to wrong folder, so deleted the folder and try to update my project fron cvs again.

It keep coimg up with message, It is lock by user1. But I am the user1.

Please could you advice, how to release this lock.

Have you tried cvs release?
