I have a report with only attributes... like a list of cities-clients by Country, I have the country element in the page-by, and the city and client attribute in the row. I want to put a total with the count of distinct cities... but the total option is not available, cause i don-t have metrics on it.

I think of a empty metric with sum(0) and a threshold that disappear the value of 0, and put a total count, but it gives me the number of clients, not the distinct cities...

Any idea?? I think in a metric of distinct cities with dimensionality of county and use a total min, but i don-t know how disappear the value in each row...

Example
Country: USA

Cities Client
San Diego John Smith
San Diego Patrick Smiley
New York Dora Burdeos
Count Distinct Cities: 2

Thanks!!

you can still use the threshold idea to make the metric value disappear in your second example. It's a pretty good way to get what you need.
