I am having some problems with printing records

for Eg:

1
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9
I want this to be printed in detailed section like
1 4 7
2 5 8
3 6 9

Can anyone help me?

Go to the section expert->details->format with mulltiple columns->layout tab->choose the gap and width->check "down then across". Play with the width and gap until it forces the three columns. Note that the next column will only be forced at the bottom of the page.

Your question implies that something is wrong with the answer you received. Given that LB is never wrong, I suspect you didn't follow or understand the answer.

However, even LB is not a mind reader. It would be easier to help you if you explained what version of Crystal you are using, how you tried to follow the suggestion, and in what step or manner you "couldn't do it".

Cheers,
