How point .png to .php at server level?

Hi all. could any one show me how i can point .png to .php instead at server level. The server that hosts the script has the fllowing info so i am not sure if it is the same as apache. Looking forward for reply.Thanks

I don't understand what you want to do. They are 2 different file types. One, .png, is an image file and the other, .php, is a text file. I am sure I am just misunderstanding you, Can you maybe rephrase the question so even I can make sense of it? Thanks.
