How open weblink mailto's in OSX Notes as "New Memo"

Set Notes as your default email program. Not sure how you do this in MAC OS X but the AC forums should be able to help you

I figured out how to do this...
You must setup a dummy account in OSX Mail, add dummy SMTP address' and wait for them to time out. Then the Mail application will load. Go into the Mail preferences and set the Default Email Reader to Lotus Notes.
Hope this helps someone else.
