How open a progam only knowing the path of the exe? 1

Hello. This is my situation:

I created an application in visual c++. In my program I calculate a series of coordinates. In the other hand I made some macros in AutoCAD VBA that use that information to generate a drawing. I need to know how to say my program that open AutoCAD, and if it's possible, that execute the macros. By the moment I just need that open the program (AutoCAD).
