How often does google reindex the search 1

I've just made some major changes to my website, particularly my keywords and META TAGs. Im just wondering when i can expect to see the fruits of my labour??

changes to meta tags - never

changes to the site - 2 to 3 days after the page is crawled

I get googlebot traffic around once every 7 - 10 days at present

How do I check whether the google has 'spidered' my site - what tool do I use to check?

checking your site logs is the easiest way.

or you can do a site: search to what has been indexed.
