Have those of you that have done a lot of IPOffice installations come to a standard time factor you use when proposing an IPO project? I'm thinking of something like ? hours for benchtime config, ? hours for onsite installation, perhaps based on station count and line count?

I'd be most pleased to have your input.

Thanks

If programmed by an experienced technician, it would take a day to configure a 30 to 40 phone system for a basic setup with no extra applications. The button programming seems to always take the most time, especially if every ext's buttons are different. If not, just copy and paste the users with a built out templated user. This will save alot of time.

1- building hardware / initiliazing - 1 hour
2- programming to customer's spec - 1 to 2 days
3- installing, wiring out the switch / cross connecting stations - 1 day
4- post cut support, debugging, changes - 1 day
