How much of CPU load is overload ?

Hi all,

I have just installed new router to my network. I used command "show process cpu" and got the result of CPU load as 60 %. But I wonder whether it is overload ? By the way, can you tell me how much of CPU load is good, or how much is overload ?

Check and see what PROC is using the most mem...
I looked at my 3548XL's and the showed around 50% idle...
After I dug deeper, I found STP was causing it..They run around 60% fully loaded...
I know this isn't the case on a your router. Do you have any ACL's running, Are you using RIP or other routing protocols?
