How Much Bandwidth Does Citrix Use? 1

Should be fairly simple one this.

Can anyone tell us ideally how much bandwidth Citrix requires per session?

Typically around 20k, but can use less - I've seen it working on a 9.6k Cellphone. Citrix quote between 12-20k.

It all depends upon what you are distributing.
How often the screen has to refresh.
How your program show the graphics.

If you are planning on useing thin line, check out

If you are gonna have 20 users using the same line. Then adding 20 time 20Kb = 400Kb is not the best option. A citrix connection will try to take as musch bandwith as possible. Better of oversizing the network connection, so you won´t have any angry users.
