How many ways to recognise the recordning is not happening?

How we have to check the recording is going or not ?
 
Use NICE Supervision and check no errors are being reported.

Make test calls and check all test calls made record.

Check the system each day and check that new recordings have been generated.

Your question is a bit vague to give a specific answer. Is there a specific reason you have asked this question?

I have a Remote end NICE servers in US and want to check the Recording from INDIA , also want to know is there any way to recognise it proactively if there any descrepancy /error etc.. Thanks Advance
 
8.9 or Perform solution?

If 8.9 Use Supervision along with SNMP Alerting. The version 9 loggers can be configured to directly send SNMP Alerts to an SNMP Management console (NICE Provide a CA Unicenter based console if you don't already have one) and alarms can also be generated from your supervision workstation (for CLS Alarming) and also directly from the Storage Center if you have one.

In Perform NICE provide the same type of functionality however there is no reliance on the Supervision workstation and if you don't currently have an SNMP Management Console NICE have the NMS (I think it stands for NICE Management System) option which once again is CA Unicenter based.

Unfortunately SNMP Alerting in NICE can be difficult to configure and may require the rebuild of some systems (especially Storage Center) if not implemented correctly. Prob best to get NICE to install it themselves.
 
How many ways to test the remote end PBX record calls, can any one guide me with this .Thanks in advance!!!
 
Iam supporting Remote Site NIce Servers version 8.9 ,Want to Test the Record status, how many ways to checkout the recording .Can any One help me with this .
 
I want to make some test Calls record status to the Remote site Location.. any procedure !!
 
Use the monitor application. Make a call to the remote site and check in monitor that you can see activity on the channel, or 'live' monitor the remote agent.

I'm not sure I still fully understand your question.

My Question is simple " I want to make some test calls to Remote site and to know the recording status of that call before the Production/business hours to ensure the Call center smooth functional recording throught the day "

To do this any well known good procedure,appreciate your help !!!

 
Are trying to automate this test or do it manually? If manual then simply live monitor the call as you make it and then to double check replay it in query application. Nothing coming to mind to do it automatically at this stage.
