Hi,
This is probably a very basic question, and I feel a little silly saking , but I need a answer, an so far have drawn a blank.
I have a user running a sybase v8.0 database on a linux box, and we need to know how many users they are licensed for, our sales teams cant tell us how many they sold the, and installations didnt keep a record of ho many licenses they installed.
So how do I find out how many users are licensed. I thouhgt it may come up when the script it run that starts the database , but no.
If you need to know the script to start the database is very simple, it just names the database, tells it to only use tpc/ip and sets a cache.
TIA,
Paul
If aint broken, dont try n fix it!!!!!
