At first setup the short 70XX has been created automatically in the IPO to address the 7000-7099 related Topics.
Now the End User need to address additional Topics but the IPOCC does not allow to add a new hundreds, neither by creating a new short in the IPO (71XX) and forcing a resync, is there a limit in the Topics amount?

You need to add the new Topic shortcode to the CHAP device.

The question is though why you need over 100 topics.
You'll need to consider the reporting needs when designing the system as how calls move between topics impacts what you can report on.

Also the new shortcode range will require CHAP channels, so it might be better to create on larger range instead of have 2 ranges.

That's what I have already done (and watchdog restarted), no results.
This is a new needing the end user declared today to face new multilingual/multicompany campaign.
Additionally I tried to prepare the short 71xx by IPO side, no news

First you need to add the range to the CHAP adapter line tab, then add it to an application (VEA) in CHAP application resource tab in Configuration -> CHAP Server.

After that you'll need to add the range under Configuration -> Service -> Acces Code Topics.
