We are on CE10, CR10 and Oracle10g. Database for CE is MSDE.

All of our reports are called on demand from within the application. There is no scheduling of reports. Is there a way to find out how many times a particular report was run?

Only if you are running the extra $$$ "Auditing" option on your CE-10 infrastructure.

It writes all activity to a separate database that you can write reports against.

Talk to your SysAdmin to see if you purchased and enabled "Auditing" on your CE-10 infrastructure.

The app would need to have code that, before the report is run, inserts data about what is being run into a table in your Oracle database..
