I have a 6.2M row data set that I need to bring in from one source in a Make Table, then, append it to another table on a different server. Then, I would delete the 6.2M row table. This would happen daily. Does anyone know how many rows of data and Access table can hold?

Thanks!

Should be no problem, the limit is indeed 2Gb for the whole access app and i have worked with 5million plus tables. Just a question, why create a table first and then appending it? You might skip a step ( and time...) with appending it directly.

Appending 6m rows to a table is going to take some hours to complete. Your target table should have no indexes or it will take even longer.
