how many public`s ip do i need to install exchange server in Internet?

Exchange on Internet needs one IP address (suggest you invest in a hardware firewall too).
You can have whatever SMTP and POP servers you want so long as you have the MX records pointing at it.
Exchange is easy.
Internal/External is a little more tricky.
