I apologize for asking a silly question, but I want to be certain.

IN a system consisting of an 8X24 DKSU plus three NT5B50 0X16 Copper Station Modules, what is the total number of possible extensions?

Is it 24 + (3 x 16) = 72?

How many of those would be used by the Norstar Flash voicemail system?

Yes...make sure you get the 0X16 and not the 12X0.[upsidedown]

port/dn status under maintenance will tell you how many voice mail ports are being used

If you have the Flash voicemail in service, open the door and see how many phone cords are connected, either 1 or 2. That's all it's going to be. Maximum is 2 stations.

8X24 has 6 expansion ports and be Trunk Modules or Station Modules or combined so add up the lines you need/have then you can figure out how many stations you can have.

One example:
8X24 (8 lines,24 stations) 1 X 6 port Expansion Card with 1 X 12X0 (12 lines), 5 X 0X16 (80 stations)
Total - 20 lines X 104 stations
