Hi,

I'm having trouble tracking down how many CPU's the different versions of Solaris can support. We are getting a hardware upgrade to put in extra CPUs, but we don't want to upgrade the OS just yet. Therefore, we need to make sure the version of Solaris we are running (2.6) can support the extra CPU's.

Thanks in advance!

Solaris 2.6 -> Up to 64 CPUs on a single system
Solaris 8 -> Up to 128 CPUs on a single system

Regards,

Carlos Almeida,
