how long would it take to prune or initialize database (initializing only ASTPSDAT)? thank you.

Hi,

It depends on the size of the database, OS, and system you are using.

Our database is 3GB and the prune job takes about 45 minutes using an HP LTO 1/9 tape drive under Win 2000.
