How long to implement the UK Dial Plan on CCM 3.3x

If you had an installation of CCM 3.3x (1 publisher & 2 subscribers and 2 E1 Gateways) and all the current route-patterns were based on the NANP, how long would it take to install the UK Dial-Plan and re-write the Dial-Patterns? Lets assume the server is patched to the correct levels (OS & CCM) and there are 20 dial-patterns configured.

I personally think this would take no more than a day but as it will be service affecting would need to be done out of hours. I am being told by one of the service guys it may take 2-weeks..... I think he's full of sh*t, or have I missed something?

Have no idea how long it would take but I'd build a temp partition and build everything there. Put the temp partition in a single phones CSS and do extensive testing. Then all you have to do is change partitions of the RP's into the production partitions and that should take less than an hour or 2.

that's pretty simple with CM 3.3.4 and above.
Download from Cisco's web site the UK Dial Plan.
Have a look at the documentation how to integrate
this dialplan. Install.
