Have a CP/150 that is used as a Call Center and last week the server crashed got new one and put the latest server and reporting s/w on it. When pulling calls in the connection it only pulled the calls from the last boot a couple of hours earlier. When trying to view a report it will only pull from the start time set in the report and that is the couple hour earlier if you change the time earlier in the day or a couple of days back it tells you there is no data.
Question is, am I right to assume that the CP 150 dosen't keep the calls like the BCM does because the CP is flash memory and the BCM stores it on the hard drive?
Thanks

As far as I know you are correct, the actual call data base is maintained in the server. The call pilot just routs the calls to the correct groups it don't log them.

Thanks Hawks. I had a case open with Nortel on the connection and I aked them and it is what I thought that the cp 150 does not keep the data like the BCM. Just to let you know it sounds funny to me but on the connection page at the top for the CP IP address it ended up with putting in the server address and the same at the bottom for the server address. I sware in the docs and from doing it before you put the address of the CP 150 up there, but hay it works only after removing and reinstalling the server s/w. It could be on the newer reporting s/w this happens?
