Defined in my table a field as "memo" to allow for as many characters as possible (text is only 255). The table shows the entire entry but... the query shortens it and therefore so does the report. I need all the "memo" to appear on the report. Can anyone help! Yes, some respondents like to write lots but I have to include ALL their comments in my report.
