I have situation where I have to create a Sharepoint workflow for a finance team to manage transfer of funds within the organisation departments.
Creating the workflow for a single document is fine but these transfers require supporting documents as well. The supporting documents are used by the finance officer during the approval\processing of the transfer.
If I apply a workflow to document library and the user uploads the fund transfer doc along with the supporting documents, it triggers many workflows (one each for the uploaded document).
How could I implement this in SharePoint so that only one workflow is triggered. Can a workflow be associated with only one type of document in a document library ?
