How is VMware Working out for you?

Hello,

I recently started to read up on VMware and its capabilities. I have seen and I like. So my question to you all is how is it working out in your infrastructure. Are you getting headaches, or is this a simple solution to deploy? I am thinking of restructuring our whole infrastructure where all our servers will run off VMware, before i take such a big step, I would like all you pro's to throw in your $0.02. I greatly appreciate any feedback that you all have to say. I would like to know how big of a setup you are running, how many users, speed, etc.
