how is the resource regsitry wroks with perspective of WMB. 1

Hi All,
Resource registrty component in wtx contains reource variable names and its value (encrypted or decrypted) under .mrn file which will pulled from the corresponding config.mrc file.
But now how can we link this component in WMB flow with WTX node. Please explain in brief about this.
