How is the algorithm to simulate Calling name presentation Service

Hello everyone !
Nice to meet all of you ! Now I have a problem about simulation CLIP service . This service present the number of calling party . I will use VB to simulate this service but I dont know how is the algorithm . I have the model of the operation of thics service . Would you know about CLIP ? Could you help us ?
