How Install LPDSVC on NT Server

I want to enable the Lpdsvc on our NT Server. However I cannot see the service listed when I click on Services from within control Panel. What do I need to know to locate and install this service ???<br>

Go to printers. Add a new printer. My Computer. Add port. New monitor.
