I looked through the forum and saw another post regarding this, but not an answer. I have tried recall and redial as suggested elsewhere without luck. I am wanting to allow a user to FDA to a long distance number, so need the pause before entering the Long Distance code. Let me know if this is possible if you would. I really appreciate this forum, it has been super helpful to me!

My apologies. It is a DTerm Series I phone with an IPS2000.

To my knowledge you cannot insert a pause in the call forward all setting. Only in a speed dial setting.

Oh ok. Well thanks very much for the information. I thought it could do anything! :)

You can store a pause in a speed dial number and you can forward to a speed dial. So a bit more complicated than normal but it can be done. When you store the speed dial number, you use either * or # as a pause. So you can tell the user how to store the number with a pause and then forward to that. Don't forget to give them memories to store the numbers in. You can also try using the * and # in a call forward but I doubt it will work.

Thanks for the tip! I'll give it a try.
