Nortel does not support or license end users to perform patching functions. Performing such tasks could disqualify you from receiving support from Nortel if you have serious trouble with your PBX.
Why would you even want to perform a task that Nortel does for free. All you gotta do is ask your vendor to see if there is a patch you need and Nortel will dial up and install. You don't even need to be there.
UNLESS YOU WANTED TO UPLOAD A VIRUS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, BUT YOU WOULDN'T BE DUMB ENOUGH TO ASK FOR THAT ACCESS HERE, THINKING ANY OF THE TECHS WOULD ASSIST YOU !!!
