how i will embedd mysql database in java application ?

Hi,

I am developing an application in java that will be shiped on cd. The application should run directly from cd without any type of installation on client side. I am using mysql database. Please help me that how i will embedd mysql eoth my application.

I am searching net since last 2 days but didn't get any proper answer.

If anyone knows please give me the details.

There is the libmysqld perfect for what you want but IFAIK there's only a C API.
