how I view Bcc

Dear all,
as an administrator on exchange server 2003 how to allow some users to view Bcc option when users send emails to each others . is there an option to allow my self to see who is in Bcc when one send me an email.

Although if the message is local to your exchange, you may be able to use the message tracking to see who also received it.

no, I don't need to view BCC to all reciver just for some users as a manager to see when some one send him a critical eamil, who will be on the BCC .

When you bcc someone, Exchange creates a separate email for EACH of those recipients in the bcc line. The only way to tell who got bcc'd is to look at the original outbound email in the users' sent items.
