When you've created your movie, just go to the menu abr and select File>Publish_Settings. From there, you can slect the dimensions of your movie and how they relate to the browser window.
When you've done that just hit 'Publish'. The HTML page created will appear in the same folder you saved your Flash movie to. If you open that HTML page and from the menu bar select View>Source to view the HTML code, then everything between the <object>.....</object> tags contains the code required for making your movie visiable on the Internet.
You can either leave this code as it is, and upload it to your server, or you can cut this code out and place it in a table, a frame, whatever, depending on your own knowledge of HTML.
Just remember, when you upload to your server, remember to upload the HTML file 'and' the SWF file. You don't have to upload the FLA, that's for your own personal use.
