How I link Flash-Buttons

Sorry for my bad english! I am german!

At first look at my page:

Now i will link the Button "Administrator". But if i put in the Hyperlink ContactAdmin.htm (the name of the document) it doesn't work. And if i put in the complete url it doesn't work ,too.
But when i give the adress so in the browser it works.. what is the error????

Please answer me!!!
