I want to accomplish the following configuration:

System: 4 Lines/5 Phones CISC 6.1
CCR : Grp#1=Ph1&Ph2 Grp#2=Ph3&ph4 Grp#3=Ph5

Business Open:
When a call came in, the system answer without notifying anybody and give options to select: 1=Sales 2=CS 3=... if know extension dials now.
When the users press 1, Phone 1,2 sound at the same time. If the 2 busy or not answering return to queue. If in queue more than 2 minutes, send the call to a Telco voicemail service.

Business Close:
When a call came in, the system answer without notifying anybody and gives option to select a DN. if not selection transfer call to Telco voicemail service.

CCR tree transfer calls to hunt groups ( avail only with 3 digit DN range or higher)
Place your extensions in the proper hunt group. Set if busy to overflow, overflow extension to a different phone that you have externally call forwarded to your mail service.

Business closed. Calls answered, enter extension, set the fwd no answer on each set to the extension that is externally call forwarded to the mail service. Under System programming, set your attendant set to the same extension that is externally call fwd. That way if the caller does nothing the call goes to that extension then is sent out to the mail service.
