I'm developing an application using ACCESS2000 and I have some problems:

1.- Problems with the decimal point

I develope an application using the Windows spanish regional configuration. One of the consecuences of this configuration is that decimal sign is ',' neither '.'.

To add records in the database I use the SQL command INSERT and the double values have the form '99,99' then SQL undertand that '99,99' are two values. Anyone knows how I can change the decimal point in my application when I try to INSERT or UPDATE records? If don't be any solution I must be use the method addNew() of the object recordset.

2.- Setting parameters from one form to other

I suppose it's not a problem but I'm a begginer programmer of ACCESS2000, is the form to setting parameters between forms. I read that the form is using the object Forms of ACCESS2000

Forms("my_request_form").my_method = newValue

But ACCESS2000 throws an Error.

Which is the form to set parameters between two Forms?

Thanks

Joan.
