How I can set a deployment descriptor (under ApacheSOAP)

I am implementing a web service but I don't understand where to put the deployment descriptor for my application server (wrote in Java). I'm using Apache 2.0.36, messages SOAP-XML and Java Application (in both Client and Server).
There are someone that can help me?
